The Shoals Songwriter Workshop is a 2 Day Interactive Workshop experience for songwriters who are looking to pitch their songs to music publishers, meet new co-writers, and network with successful music business professionals. Over the course of 2 days, songwriters will go through a series of masterclasses, panels, and interactive experiences. Due to the nature of the workshop, we only sell a select number of tickets, so get yours while you can!

HOW DOES THE LIVE PITCH TO PUBLISHER SESSION WORK?
Once you purchase a ticket, you'll receive a link via email to submit your songs. Due to the nature of the event, only 10-15 songs (Roughly 30 in total) will be selected for the LIVE Pitch to Publisher Session, so make sure to submit your best work! MP3 or Voice Memos are acceptable.
WHAT'S THE MUSCLE SHOALS SONGWRITERS FESTIVAL?
A MSSF Weekend Pass ticket is included in your workshop ticket purchase. The festival kicks off in the evening after the workshop duration.
WHO PUTS THIS EVENT ON?
This event is spearheaded by the Muscle Shoals Songwriters Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization who's mission is to unite and educate songwriters and music lovers all across the globe.

We recommend that children aged 16 and under attend with a parent or guardian.
WHERE'S THE BEST PLACE FOR LODGING?
We recommend the Marriott Shoals Hotel located directly beside the Marriott Conference Center. Once you purchase a ticket, we will send you a link to a group lodging rate.
DO I NEED TO BRING AN INSTRUMENT TO THE WORKSHOP?
You don't have to, but you can bring your guitar or keyboard if you choose!
