Lee Krabel is the VP of publishing at SMACK Songs. He has worked with writers such as Shane McAnally & Josh Osborne. His Previously held positions include HoriPro Entertainment Group and Sea Gayle Music. Lee is a graduate of Belmont University.

Coming from the Northeast, moving to Nashville in 1987, it took Mark Irwin four years to land his first cut, which happened to be the Christmas song “Meet Me Under The Mistletoe” recorded by Randy Travis for his “Old Time Christmas” album. Soon after, Mark co-wrote Alan Jackson’s first number one hit “Here In The Real World”, a two time CMA Song of the Year nominee, ACM Song of the Year nominee and winner of the Music City News’ Award for Song of the Year 1990. Mark also co-wrote the Tyler Farr number one single “Redneck Crazy” and the Tim McGraw number one hit song “Highway Don’t Care”, featuring Taylor Swift on guest vocals and Keith Urban on guitar…as well as Blake Shelton’s number one hit single, “Neon Light”.

LeAnn Phelan is a 25-year veteran Music Executive who currently runs multi-faceted LP Creative Management – a management, publishing and consulting company. LeAnn created LP Creative Therapy where she mentors and educates songwriters/artists/producers/creative execs via workshops, private sessions and courses. She calls her unique brand of encouragement – Creative Wellness Coaching. LeAnn has managed and/or published ASCAP Song of Year and Grammy Award Winning Songwriter/Producer Jimmy Robbins, 9x ASCAP Songwriter of the year Ashley Gorley, BMI Songwriter of the year Luke Laird, SESAC Songwriter of the year Catt Gravitt, Grammy Award Winning Rock Band Kings of Leon, as well as #1 hit songwriters Gordie Sampson (Grammy Winner), JT Harding, Steve McEwan, Jerry Flowers, Blair Daly, Barry Dean, and Dan Couch. She has previously provided A&R services for Miranda Lambert, Ashley Monroe, Jessie Alexander and The Band Perry as well as Talent Scouting for American Idol and America’s Got Talent. LeAnn has received the following honors: Music City Milestone from her alma mater Belmont University, Billboards Most Powerful Women In Music 2014, Women in Music City 2017.

Nancy is a frequent panelist and song evaluator for various organizations and conferences including Durango Expo, West Coast Songwriter’s Conference, ASCAP Expo, Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival, Global Songwriters Connection Focus Event. A graduate of Sweet Briar College and Vanderbilt University, Nancy has a BA in applied classical music and an MA in history. Settling in Atlanta to raise her family, Nancy's love of pop and r&b music eventually led her to songwriting and back to Nashville. From its inception in 2006, Washington Street has grown into a respected independent publishing company and boutique sync music library. She is a member and actively involved in AIMP, The Recording Academy (former board member), CMA, WIFT, SOURCE, SOLID, and GMS (Friends of the Guild of Music Supervisors).

Jamie Dominguez is the National Director of Industry Relations at the Mechanical Licensing Collective (The MLC), where she creates and maintains relationships with industry organizations and their stakeholders such as songwriters, publishers, business managers and music industry attorneys. With 25 years of experience in the music industry, Jamie collaborates with creators across all genres and specializes in rights management, music publishing, artist development and education initiatives. supporting creatives and building community, Jamie actively volunteers with various non-profit organizations. Currently in her third term as Governor of the Recording Academy's New York Chapter, she also serves as a DREAM (Diversity Reimagined by Engaging All Musicmakers) Ambassador, spotlighting the cultural contributions of creators and establishing member resource groups around eight priority groups.

Nancy Deckant is a top 40 songwriter and music publisher with two decades of invaluable music industry experience. Notably, her songwriting achievements include top 40 Billboard songs like "Princess" by Dallas Remington and "Hangin’ Moons" by Cody Clayton Eagle which has amassed millions of streams. In 2024 Nancy co-authored “The Songwriter’s Guide to Protecting Your Songs and Collecting Your Money” along with Bill O’Hanlon and Leslie Bowe. This how-to book helps self-administered songwriters understand the recent changes in the music business and details how to collect 13 royalties including performance, mechanical, sync, direct licensing and more. Prior to Nashville, Nancy served for eight years as the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Workshop Coordinator for NSAI, helping songwriters understand the craft and business of music.

Casey LeVasseur is no stranger to the music industry. She spent much of her childhood in the crowds of local dives, studios and publishing houses learning the craft and business from some of the very best producers, managers and writers. Her list of teachers and mentors includes her father, Hall of Fame songwriter, Jeffrey Steele. She is head of A&R/Artist Management at 3 Ring Circus Music & Records in Nashville,TN and has played an active role in the development of several hit writers as well as had a hand in many song placements from Miley Cyrus to Keith Urban, Eric Church, Cher and the like.

A graduate of the prestigious University of Miami's Frost School of Music, Bobby Curlee Jr. set his sights on Nashville from the outset of his career. His journey began in music retail and distribution, where he honed his skills working with independent artists like the legendary John Prine, focusing on elevating their marketing and promotional strategies. As the digital revolution unfolded, Bobby quickly recognized the potential of the World Wide Web. Over the past 25 years, he has leveraged this insight to build an impressive career, collaborating with industry giants such as BMI, Sony, Nissan, and Amazon AWS. Throughout his tenure, Bobby has been instrumental in spearheading global initiatives in consumer marketing, content management, and streaming technologies. In his latest venture, Bobby has founded Octava Media Group. This new chapter marks a return to his roots, focusing once again on independent artists. With Octava, Bobby aims to bridge the gap between artistic passion and cutting-edge technology, empowering musicians to thrive in today's complex digital landscape spanning the intersection of music, technology, and marketing.
