Owner and Executive Director, Muscle Shoals Songwriters Foundation

The mission of The Muscle Shoals Songwriters Foundation is to unite and educate songwriters and music enthusiasts worldwide, fostering a positive global impact while illuminating the legacy of Muscle Shoals Music. This tournament not only helps our organization but also fuels our music initiative, 'Chords For Change,' dedicated to providing high-quality guitars to aspiring songwriters in need. Additionally, we proudly spearhead the "Muscle Shoals Songwriters Festival," slated for November 1st-3rd, 2024, presented by the Marriott Shoals Hotel and Spa. Each year, this event draws over 1000+ music enthusiasts and contributes over $2 million to the State of Alabama's economy. Attendees have the opportunity to experience performances by Grammy Award-Winning Songwriters, renowned for their work with artists such as George Strait, Reba McEntire, Tracy Lawrence, Morgan Wallen, and many more.
